Glenn Murray Director/Registered Building Practitioner (Domestic and Commercial)
Glenn is the sole director of Max Murray Builder and has over 40 years of experience in the building industry. He has worked extensively in the Hamilton area and spent a number of years working in Melbourne and in the Bellarine Peninsula area undertaking high-end architecturally designed new home builds and renovations.
As a Hamilton local, Glenn has a passion for building and renovating, having renovated and built numerous homes for himself and his family over the years. Glenn raised his two children in Hamilton, who have now relocated in order to undertake tertiary studies.

Ross Murray Senior Site Foreman (Cert. 3 General Construction (Carpentry – Framework/Formwork/Finishing))
Ross is a long-term, local employee of Max Murray Builder, commencing his carpentry career with the company 22 years ago. He is a Senior Site Foreman and possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction industry, gained from working on an extremely diverse range of projects over his time at Max Murray Builder.
Ross is a long-time member of a local Hamilton golf club, playing off a current handicap of 10. He has a keen interest in watching a wide range of sports, and particularly enjoys golf, AFL, cricket and basketball.

Lachie Crawford Senior Site Foreman (Cert. 3 General Construction (Carpentry – Framework/Formwork/Finishing))
Lachie is a local carpenter with over 20 years’ experience, joining the Max Murray Builder team in 2011. He is a Senior Site Foreman dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. He has renovated his own home and enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Clare, and their three young children.
Lachie is a highly recognized local sportsman, playing football both locally in Hamilton and in Ballarat. He has also had much success playing basketball and has coached both junior and senior basketball and football over the years. Lachie has recently taken on the role of Auskick coach, assisting with the development of the next generation of footballers.

Brendan Huf Senior Carpenter (Cert. 3 General Construction (Carpentry – Framework/Formwork/Finishing))
A local carpenter, Brendan completed his apprenticeship in Hamilton where he worked for five years before moving to Melbourne. He worked in the city and Alpine snow areas before returning to Hamilton in 2013. Brendan joined the Max Murray team fitting in seamlessly in the role of Senior Carpenter.
Brendan has undertaken extensive renovation works of his own home in recent years, adapting the layout to accommodate his young family.
Brendan is also a talented sportsman, playing district cricket and amateur football during his time in Melbourne. Brendan has enjoyed overseas travel with his wife, Jules.

Brad Cameron Senior Carpenter (Cert. IV in Building and Construction (Building))
Brad is an experienced carpenter who joined Max Murray Builders in 2016. He originally qualified and worked as a carpenter/joiner for nine years, before he and wife Sam took their skills and worked in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland for two years.
Brad is currently undertaking renovation works at his own home.
Brad has recently become a father to a son, adding to his family of two Ridgeback dogs, Boris and Wal. He enjoys fishing and camping, and has successfully played a variety of sports over the years.

Jack Pertzel Carpenter (Cert. III in Carpentry)
Jack is a local qualified carpenter who joined Max Murray Builder in 2014, completing his apprenticeship with the company. He has just purchased his first home and is completing extensive renovation works.
Jack has played a wide range of sports during his youth, mainly focusing on basketball and football. He became an important part of the Hamilton Kangaroos senior football side at an early age, and is now a senior player. Jack is a keen fisherman and camper.

Lachy McIntyre Apprentice Carpenter (Cert. III in Carpentry)
Lachy is a third-year apprentice at Max Murray Builder. He joined the team to complete his Cert. III in Carpentry after working for several years following school. Lachy is a great team person, possessing many practical skills that enabled him to take to carpentry with ease.
Lachy grew up on a farm at Karabeal. He enjoys all outdoor activities including fishing, camping and spending time back home on the family farm.

Carolynn Murray Administrative Officer
Carolynn has been a part of the Max Murray Builder team for 25 years in an administrative and accounting role. She has also worked part-time as a Primary School Teacher at a local school for many years.
Carolynn enjoys spending time with her two adult children, who are studying full time, as well as walking, going to the gym and reading.
